Initial Consultation, $165
Follow-up appointments, $150
Mindfulness Based Support For Fertility Concerns, Initial Consultation, $175 for a 75-min session, $150 for 50-min follow-up appointments.
Sliding Scale for Graduate Students and those in financial need, $120-110 for a 50-minute session.
Insurance
Dr. Fraga accepts the following insurance plans. Additionally, therapy may be reimbursed if you have a PPO insurance plan, HSA or Flex-Spending account. Superbills are provided. If Dr. Fraga does not accept your insurance carrier she will submit your insurance for reimbursement (pending coverage).

Anthem Blue Cross (NOT Blue Shield). Please note that some individuals have Blue Cross/Blue Shield, most times, this plan offers mental health coverage by Blue Shield. Dr. Fraga no longer accepts Blue Shield insurance. If you have Blue Cross/Blue Shield, please verify that your mental health benefits are provided by Anthem Blue Cross before making an appointment. Blue Card coverage is provided by Blue Shield.

Our office provides and submits your insurance claims for reimbursement from many PPO carriers including Cigna PPO and United Behavioral Health PPO.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits? AND Does my insurance company contract out for Mental Health Benefits, If so, who is the carrier?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service. Our office will file your insurance claims for both HMOs (Anthem Blue Cross and Aetna) and PPOs. Credit Cards are accepted via Paypal and payment can be made online.
